Return & Refund Policy – The Horse Hub

Thank you for shopping with The Horse Hub. We take pride in providing high-quality equestrian tack and equipment. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Grooming products cannot be returned once opened.
  • Custom, personalized, or special-order items are final sale and non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If you need the same product in a different size, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Wait for approval and instructions before sending your item back.
