Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Grooming products cannot be returned once opened.
- Custom, personalized, or special-order items are final sale and non-returnable.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If you need the same product in a different size, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
